This long weekend intensive is designed to help you establish your yoga practice in a warm and colourful setting, enhancing and boosting your energy levels, with the opportunity to explore the beautiful city of Lisbon.

​

We will be practicing at Om, a fully equipped Iyengar Yoga studio. The accommodation will be in a 3-star hotel located within 5 minutes walk of the studio and 15 minutes drive from the airport. 

The hotel has a heated rooftop swimming pool to enjoy after your classes and if you are feeling adventurous you can also enjoy the nearby Gulbenkian Gardens or indulge in a little shopping at El Corte Ingles.

The metro station Sao Sebastioa is right outside the hotel and takes you into the heart of Lisbon which is 20 minutes away.

• Asana Class: 8:30 to 10:00 
   

The cost is £450 per person sharing a room (*Single supplement + £75).

• All yoga classes

• Accommodation for Friday and Saturday night
